Requirements
 
Guidelines regarding advanced independent work

ASSUMPTIONS or  CONSTRAINTS
1. There will be a unifying theme or focus to your independent work.
 What will your focus or theme be?  Why did you select it?

2. Your focus will probably  develop and evolve as new ideas present  themselves. What changes did your plans undergo? What brought the changes about?
Why? What stimulated new inroads of inquiry?

3. You will use investigation or research to deepen and enhance your inquiry?
Who or what did you investigate?  What did you learn from these investigations?

4. There will be certain problems to solve and some challenges?
 What were some of the personal problems you had to resolve?

Final Quarter Requirements
  3. PORTFOLIO of Art PRODUCTION:

All finished work that is produced becomes the portfolio.
The work will be complete and well developed
The work will show Creativity in subject selection and interpretation,
That the work will show competencies in design and visual content,
That the work will show proficiencies in Media Skills. 
Production amount should be of an appropriate for its difficulty level and of sufficient

3. ARTISTS WORKSHEETS,

Each week you will look up the work of
Several Artists and record some information
that you discover about there work:

Name of the Artist
Date or approximate Date of the work
Country of the artist
What is the style of art -- If the period is known indicate that;
If not indicate realistic, expressionistic, abstract, fantasy, etc.

Note an area or area where the artists shows skills
Suggest some creative idea/s the artist brought to the work
How would you rate the work in terms of your interests, 1- 10.
