Community News:

Fairmount Community Development wants to thank all those who came out for Santa Day’s.  Children and adults alike had smiles and it kicked off the holiday season in a fun way.

Fairmount Community Development is working on the White Elephant and Consignment sale being held on January 8th at 11 am.  If anyone has items they would like to donate to the auction or have items they would like to consign, please call Jayne Allen at 474-5910.  We accept anything except clothing.

Fairmount Community Development will meet again on January 15, 9 am at the

Fairmount Community Center.  The next event we will be planning is the Fish Fry on Feb. 18th.  If you would like to help in any way with any event, or if you have some ideas of what you would like to see happen in the community, please call Deb at 474-5756 or just show up at the meeting on Jan. 15th.

Youth is when you're allowed to stay up late on New Year's Eve.
Middle age is when you're forced to.  ~Bill Vaughn
