LINKS TO THE ART STYLES CALLED

MODERNE
ART NOUVEAU
 SYMBOLIST ART

Some of my favorite artists, the Symbolists -
were strongly influenced by the patterned paintings of
Gauguin. Many of these artists were European, being
from France, Belgium, England, Austria and other countries.
You will find that their work is detailed, ornamental,
sensuous and full of imagination. We find that painters of this
group are featured in popular Poster Art today.

The wonderful "Art Magick" Site is undergoing changes.
Art Moderne and Art Nouveau are featured there.
